Kingsbay Dockside is located at 5757 Dockside Lane just across the water from Kingsbay Mansion. This unique offering is a newly renovated, Swiss style bungalow with a breathtaking panorama of the water and a stunning view of Kingsbay Mansion. Just inside a marble floored entry foyer are bedrooms left and right. One host a smart ensuite bath. Dockside has an open great room just off the first-floor deck that has a comfy living space and ample dining room area, as well as a new kitchen with spacious counters, bar seating for three and state of the art appliances. The kitchen is outfitted with a full array of dinner and cookware with kitchen utensils and appliances galore.

Just off the great room is a newly built, stunning glass solarium with Italian tile floors and wet bar. This front to back glass entertainment room has five large recliners that face an infrared fireplace and sixty-five-inch flatscreen television. Just to the left of a granite-topped wet bar, at one end of the solarium, you step directly onto a spacious deck and beyond that into an enormous inground Grecian swimming pool. The rear of the solarium opens onto the back deck with easy chairs and a panoramic view of the bay and full access to the water from the back yard.

 

Just upstairs is the master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, living room area and master ensuite bath. An additional luxury bedroom is just off the hallway. The upstairs also has a carpeted lounge area with stairs that leads to a 20 x 40 deck with amazing waterfront views for early morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
